Quilted Photographs are the genesis of that time. I scan the image, transfer to fabric and then I embellish parts of the image using quilting, beading, painting, embroidery, appliqué and found objects. The finished image is transformed from ordinary to extraordinary and from mundane to fanciful. Some of the work shown on the website is available for purchase. Commission accepted.
